Honey spread Sachets

Mango curcumin spread – 1& half table spoon

Milk – 100 ml

Yogurt (mango flavored) – 1 table spoon

Ice cream – 1 table spoon.

Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

Pomegranate beetroot spread – 2 and half table spoon

Milk – 100 ml

Yogurt (berry flavored) – 1 and half table spoon

Ice cream – 1 table spoon.

Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

Chocolate millet spread – 2 table spoon

Milk – 100 ml

Yogurt – 1 table spoon

Ice cream – 1 table spoon.

Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

Chocolate millet spread – 2 and half table spoon

Maida – 3 table spoon

Egg – 1

Sun flower oil- 1 and half t spoon

Vanilla flavor- 1 t spoon.

Salt- a pinch

Baking powder- half t spoon

Procedure: Beat the eggs with vanilla flavor and add sunflower oil. Add the spread and beat again. Add the sieved mix of maida and salt to this and mix properly but not too long. Add baking powder and tap the batter. Preheat the pan and pour the batter into it as per the required size. Keep it until the formation of small holes on the top of the cake, and then toast the other side till it becomes soft and brownish in appearance.

Mango curcumin, Chocolate millet, and pomegranate spreads are excellent choices for flavouring Falooda.

Procedure: Add the ingredients layer by layer.

• Chocolate spread can be used as topping in cakes, muffins etc.
• Mango spread and pomegranate spread can be used to prepare cakes or muffins with the respective flavors.
• Mango spread, Pomegranate spread and chocolate spread can be used for preparing jam rolls.
• Pomegranate spread and chocolate spread are suitable in Berry ups.
• Lemon ginger is well suited with black tea, soda and mojito.
• Mango pudding and pomegranate pudding.
